REGULATION

Usual restrictions : Round 20, Magic only, No Boxes, No Pack-a-Punch, No semtex, No Double Tap. Grief Start Rule : No blocking juggernogg at the beginning of the game. All players must be able to buy jug and an mp5.(more infos) Bleed out Rule : Stop the game when all the enemies are disappeared (more infos) No Abusive Camping : the excessive camping is not allowed (more infos) - No more than 5 seconds in corners. - No more than 1 minute in an area. ex: jug area, double tap area, stamin up area, etc. No Cheating : Lag Switching, Glitching, Modding, Hacking, Booting, Permanent Perks. The Juggernog glitch and the Stamin-up car glitch are banned. No Aimlock : you cannot aim and lock the sight on a target indefinitely (more infos). Be respectful : No insulting people through message or in the lobby! Rules about the hosts and the connections : - Switch the host after each game : - The host needs to be the better and will be the same during all the tournament. The host can be changed only to be the better for more of players in the game (teammates or opponents). If you want check if the opponent selects his best host, post in the comments in advance that this game is for check the connection. - If a player times out within the first 1 minute and that there is no important advantage for the opponent (no teammate dead), the game must be restarted. Beyond 1 minute, the game must continue. - If a team is losing 2-0 (BO3), 3-1 (BO4) or 4-2 (BO5), the losing team will be the next host (losers advantage). - If the match is tied 2-2 (BO3), 3-3 (BO4) or 4-4 (BO5), the fastest winning team will be the last host (speed advantage). You have to sum the durations of the games won (from the player's channels) to check who is the quickest team. Close the lobby before to start the game. Rules about the deadlines and the timezone : - Contact the opponent captain as soon as possible to find an appointment (more infos) : - The Deadlines will be on the American Time Zone : the Eastern Standard Time (EST) - The Round Robin will be BO5 and you will have 2 weeks to play all of your games. - The Final Bracket you will have 1 week to play each round. - Semi Finals will be BO7 and Finals will be BO9. Rules about the registration, the accounts, and the substitutes : -Register your team in the comments with the following informations : Team name + Country Player 1 (C) (H) Player 2 (H) Player 3 Player 4 Player 5 (S) Player 6 (S) (C) = Captain, (H) = Host, (S) = Substitute - For the team accounts, you have to add also the main accounts (more infos) - At the moment a player of your team plays only one game of a match, he's officially in your team and you need to continue the tournament with him. He cannot be replaced by another player (more infos). Rules about the sanctions in the case where a rule is not respected : - If the team in mistake was winning (advantage for them), the game need to be restarted. - If the team in mistake was loosing (advantage for the opponents), the game is lost. Pas de triches : Lag Switch, Glitches, Mod, Hacks, Boot, Atouts permanents, etc... Les glitches du Mastodonte et de la voiture au Marathon sont interdits. Pas d'Aimlock / Lock Sight : vous ne pouvez pas bloquer la visée automatique sur une cible indéfiniment (plus d'infos). Soyez respectueux : Pas d'insultes par messages ou oralement dans un salon. Règles à propos de l'hôte et de la connexion : - Alterner l'hôte après chaque afin d'équilibrer la qualité de la connexion du match. - L'hôte de votre équipe doit être le meilleur et sera fixe pendant tout le tournoi. L'hôte pourra changer uniquement de manière à ce qu'il soit le meilleur pour le plus de joueurs dans la partie (coéquipiers ou adversaires). Si vous souhaitez vérifier si l'adversaire sélectionne bien le meilleur hôte, indiquez bien dans les commentaires qu'il s'agit d'une partie pour vérifier et pas de tournoi. - Si un joueur expire avant 1 minute de jeu et qu'il n'y pas un avantage important pour l'adversaire (aucun coéquipier mort), la partie doit être recommencée. - Si une équipe perd 2-0 (BO3), 3-1 (BO4) ou 4-2 (BO5) et n'avait pas hébergée la premier partie, elle hébergera la potentielle dernière partie (avantage perdant) - Si il y a une égalité de 2-2 (BO3), 3-3 (BO4) ou 4-4 (BO5), l'équipe qui a été la plus rapide hébergera la dernière partie (avantage rapidité). Aditionner les durées des parties gagnées (depuis les chaines de joueurs) pour savoir quelle équipe a été la plus rapide. Fermez le salon avant de démarrer une partie. Règles à propos des délais de chaque tour et des fuseaux horaires : - Contactez le capitaine adverse dès que possible pour fixer un rendez-vous de match (more infos). - Les délais seront fixés à partir du fuseau horaire américain (American Time Zone) : l'heure de l'Est (EST) - Les matchs de poules se joueront en 3 parties gagnantes (BO5) pendant 10 jours. - Les matchs de bracket se joueront en 3 parties gagnantes (BO5), 1 semaine par tour. - La demi-finale se jouera en 4 parties gagnantes (BO7) et la finale en 5 parties gagnantes (BO9). Hey Yoplix, there is a problem in group C between 2 of the matches so i want to know your opinion of what to do about it.

1. AzK team was suppose to play The Garbos today sometime between 7pm - 8pm Eastern Time. The Garbos were on most of the days of the week and just now received request and messages from AzK (viciousrsrt sent me screen shot). Both of the teams were on between 7pm - 8pm, AzK only had a team of 3 and i said to them to 3v3 but they didnt do it, and they sat there arguing for over 1 hour and then someone had to get offline from the Garbos because AzK took to long, so does that give the Garbos the Win?

2. AzK was also suppose to play vs The Spartans, yes they had short notice on this one because spartans were a late registered team. AzK was asking for an extra day against this team because Spartans only had 1 1/2 days to play. I don't want to extend the deadline for anybody so does this win go to AzK or Spartans? or would it just be as a "tie"

Here are my minds :

1. According to the appointment, The Garbos are not obliged to play 3v3 if the opponent team have not his 4 players. It's the fault from the AzK Team to don't have registered 2 subs to be more available. The forfeit should be for the AzK Team.

2. Unfortunately for the Spartans, as they were registered 2 days before the end of the registration, the opponents were not all necessarily available during this 2 last days among the 10 days of the deadlines. The forfeit should be for the Spartans.

I have to agree with infinite on this for the 2nd game. Although the Spartans were late to join the tournament, AzK posted on the site saying to play them at 7-8 pm and both teams did come on but the spartans were waiting for awhile to play but azk never ended up playing them.
