I really don't understand why you don't have say here that a German host, veKtik, organized a Grief tournament, with the PS3 Community this time, at the start of April. I just have discovered this thing now by happenstance and I'm really disapointed :

Bustacall, being the German Representative Player, you couldn't make an advertisement in my board before the start fo the tournament? Many players would were interrested by this tournament. Additionnal, you was among the first registered and the first informed... You would like just play between German players or you was just frightened to invite our Grief Community and to win more easily?

I cannot browse in all the Zombie's forums in the world, and i need of my representative players of each country for that. I counted on you to done this job for the German Grief Events and I thought that you was agree for this job.

Now that is too late, could you just sent more additionnal informations about this tournament? I didn't find any rules in the board, what was the rules? There was a price? I known no players registered, they are only German Survival players? It was a perfect occasion to combined our Grief Community with these players....

The first tournament in year 2013 was also only German speaking teams and that I wanted to continue in 2014.
The reason is the connection, the communication and the time.

German Zombie players aren't Grief players, they don't really play it alot, some exceptions are there, of course.

They would flame about the connection problems and I don't want all the subscribers to hate the 3 hosts of the tournament because the connection.
Most Germans can't speak English in a way that there wouldn't be a communication problem, same happens here with Team UHC One for instance. We had to use Google Translate to speak Spanish with them and I don't want to contact the representative player just because of that and time will get lost too...
Last but not least the time for the matches, I don't think Germans would be ready to play at, I don't know 2 am, just to play with americans or japanese players.

The rules are the same as in every other tournament.

I can understand your choice to forbid the registration for the American (North & South) or Japanese players, for the reasons you mentioned. But you could make the announcement on this forum just for information and only allow the European players. I can also read, write and translate the German if need and I've also some German contacts (it was my second langage learned at School).

There is no time difference between France, Spain and Germany, we have the same commun time, the Central European Time (CET) and the connection is not bad (3 bars is correct) . Additionally, like you know now, if the both opponents exchange the connection one game after one, each team play with its connection and with the other. The connection is so balanced after the match.

For the language, if the rules are already understood by all players in their respective languages ​, the opponents have only exchanged a appointment by message and didn't need to communicate more. Google Translate isn't necessary for this. All the players can sent "I CAN PLAY 5PM to 10PM. 7PM OK or NOT"? If there a problem because one rule isn't respected, the player can take the law into his own hands because he knows all the rules perfectly. And we just need to give more time if need.

There are really no many problems between European players. Your problem with elpablune during the 1v1 tournament was a minor case, I'm sure you keep a bad experience since this meeting. It's just with the Americain, Argentine or Japanese Americans that is difficult because of the connection and time difference, here I can understand.

Fortunately, each European countries don't make like you, playing in their corners, It will be so sad if I will accept only the French in my tournaments, elpablune only the Spanish in its, ZombieSlay only the US in its, etc.. isn't that it.
