*READ* This tournament will only take place for players in the United States, however, that doesn't mean that teams can't have a foreigner in their team. Foreign players are welcomed to join an American team but there will be no foreign teams. No foreigner will HOST during this tournament. United States connection ONLY!
- All matches will start at round 20 with magic enabled on Town. The winning team is as always expected to finish the round.
- *NEW* You CANNOT block the jug stairs when the game is first started. Every player must have a chance to get up the jug stairs to buy jug.
- *NEW* Mustang & Sallys are NOT allowed in this tournament!
- For a team to advance in the tournament they must win two out of the three matches played. Each team will host one out of the three games. The player with the best connection on each team will host one game. *NEW* For the third game, the host will be selected by whoever eliminates the opposing team quicker.
- Each team must consist of three main players and each team will also be allowed one additional player to substitute any of the main players if they are not able to show up for the match. The substitute player doesn't have to participate in any tournament game. The subs role of participating is up to the team. If you are going to be a substitute, you must know that you are facing a high chance of not playing at all. The amount of teams are not limited so once all teams are official, the tournament will begin. Once the teams are submitted it is FINAL. No change of players or teams will be allowed once the tournament has started. *NEW* If one team doesn't have the required three players on the team during their tournament match then they will have to play with the two players against the opposing three players. They will not be disqualified. The only way a team can be disqualified is by have less than two players on the team on the day of their match or cheating.
- There will be a random lottery with the name of the teams to determine the tournament matches.
- Each lobby will be closed to prevent players from leaving the match and rejoining (Rage quitting). If a player times out the match it will continue as is. If the host times out and the game is ended, the host's team will earn a loss. (No exceptions)
- Before each match is started, all players must confirm that they are present and ready to start. Once started all players will be given a 30 second safe seat. So if a player times out within those 30 seconds, the game will be ended and restarted, but once it has gone past that 30 second mark and a player times out, the game will continue as started.
- CHEATING won't be allowed. Lag-switching will disqualify you and your team from the tournament. No Modded controllers will be allowed in the tournament. You can only enter the tournament with one account. If you are using two accounts to play with different teams in the tournament you won't be allowed to participate in the tournament. If you are using a new account you must let an administrator know your previous accounts so they know you won't be using other accounts in the tournament. *NEW* The jug corner "glitch" can't be use to camp or escape death, however, I will allow someone to be in the jug corner ONLY if they go to it to finish drinking their jug. Once their jug is gone they have 15 seconds to leave the area or it will be considered glitching. Also the corner across from the jug window area will NOT be allowed. If a player is reported "camping" in any of those two corners to escape death, the team will be awarded a loss. The only exception to this rule is if you are punched into the corner and held against your will, then that will be the only time a player will technically be allowed to stay in that area. If a player accidentally runs or backs into the jug corner, the player's actions won't be considered as cheating. (ONLY THE ADMINS CAN RULE IF IT WAS ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL).
- *NEW* There will be no "camping" allowed in this tournament. Players will NOT be allowed to excessively stay in one confined area of the map for a long period of the entire match. This tournament is a 3v3, there is no need for a player to camp at one spot during the whole match. If you are a "reviver" you must at least move or be active around the map every now and then, and not constantly stay at one area where you are "safer." In general, any type of camping will be prohibited. This rule is being engaged so the tournament matches don't last over 3 hours. We expect every game to be ACTIVE, QUICK, and HARDCORE. If jug is EMP'd you cannot camp in double tap or any other corners and wait for the opposing team to die on their own. You will have to be moving around the map when jug is out.
