REGULATION

Free Map means that the host can choose the map (except Borough) and if it's magic or not. Start Round 20. Maximum 64 teams (4 players and 1 substitute) 2 days for each game. If you can't play because the time difference is to big between the team then message the tournament host to get an exception. No Pack a Punch and no Box. Glitching, Lag Switching, Booting, Hacking in the game will be an insta defeat. Best of 5 in every round and Best of 7 in the final. If a European team plays against a not European team (USA, Japan, South America and so on) then the Zombies have to be killed. If it's European vs European or USA vs USA and so on you can end the game, when all enemies bled out. When it's 2:2 or 3:3 then the team with the fastest wins added together hosts the last game. The host always has to be the player with the best connection in the team, so that no game is decided by the connection. Example: USA vs European Team USA team: USA player is the host and the other 3 are european players. European team: 4 European players. Then the USA player can't be the host, because he would be the only one with the good connection. If a player disconnects within the first 2 minutes then there has to be a restart of the game. Exception is when 2 or more teammates are down) Good sportsmanship is always appreciated. Camping more than 5 seconds isn't allowed for CORNERS and CAMPING SPOTS (Double Tap ledge...) team jizzz vs simple blockade for example
on team jizzz  qoaricorn is host a USA player , but he plays with 3 EU players 
also you have simple blockade with 4 EU players 
so its 7 EU and just 1 USA player and i wont allow the USA player to host because the majority of the players will have bad connection
on my tournament no one will win or lose because of connection

also if its EU vs South america you have to kill the zombies because thats the only way to get an exact time for the last host
 i also would allow a neutral host 
example , bkn vs simple blockade 
both teams will have 1 bar on the others host 
so if both teams wish to have a better match quality i would allow a neutral from the USA where both teams would apparently get a 3 bar 
this would change the match in a 3 v 3 though
but its not a rules its just a possibilty for the teams

But there are particular cases also to need to detail

Team A = 3 US + 1 EU
Team B = 4 EU
So 5 EU > 3 US;

The Team A will canot use an US host?

It will be a difficult solution because if we meet other players like you who don't want Extra players in their game, how do we do ?   

Also, find a neutral host will be really difficult in this situation, because it will be never perfectly neutral and a team will have an advantage with this extern host.
You found the exemple of an US host for a match between 4 ARG vs 4 FRA. But it's sure that ARG will have a better PING than FRA.

well in this case the USA host is able to take the connection , because  3 USA players is the majority of the team so it is a USA team . but the USA  host has to be the one who lives the closest to the EU ( east cost , central ) if possible . you are free to complain about the connection at any time , i will check it and find a solution which is best for both teams

You think to have found THE SOLUTION but not finally. Don't forget we have already hosted many tournaments and if there are THE SOLUTION, we used it before. But as BO2 doesn't have dedicated servers unfortunately, some one who play need to be host and will have always an advantage over everybody (for the 4v4).

We will need always to play a defensive game with the opponent host and a offensive game with our host. The mainly thing is always to have the advantage when we host and give this SAME advantage when the other team host. This advantage needs to be the SMALLEST possible and the MORE SIMILAR possible.

It's why I'm agree this "strategy" to use a host to win isn't most possible now. I don't say GENERATION_JIZZZ won every time only through this way but it's a substantial help.

Ok so it's not the sum of all the players (eight) like you said before but of each team. Note what if I dont remember you this particular case, it would be certainly not detailled in your regulation and you would have maybe a problem in a match of YOUR TOURNAMENT.

No check possible if it's true or not also because, if he's from US east cost with 100 kbps, he has a worst connection than an US middle with 1000 kbps for exemple. It's already easy to lie to don't say the real country, so the region, again more easily.

Also, your rules are correctly detailled, it's really good, but I noted you forget to add a last detail to don't have NO problem. I already talked about this detail recently in the project/suggestion section. Do you will find alone ?  

the thing with the neutral host is just a possiblity , no one is forced to do that . im sure its possible to find a neutral host with similar connection for both teams , and in my opinion 3 bar vs 2 bar is still better then 4 bar vs 1 bar . but of course both teams neef their own host , EU should take east cost and south american should take south or mexican . but anyways like i said its just a possibilty


and i think my solution is more fair than all others i have seen so far . in my opinion it is not a strategy to give the opponents bad connection , its cheap and unfair because you show no skill at all by beating the enemy with connection . me and hobnob showed today that we are the much better players. we dominated them like little kids and they new they will lose so they switched the host to qoadricorn and the lag did it for them.

nice . i have an idea , because we are missing many teams since a while i thought i could change the tournament a little.  i thought about instead doing a tournament i could do a permanent league with a new season every month . i thought about this because it always takes to long until a new tournament starts , so to keep up the competition and to keep more people focused on the forum it would be a good idea . it also is good for teams who still haven't completely figured out their rosters , they could use these league games to sort everything out much much faster because they have always the opportunity to have some competitive games instead of the normal custom games where no one cares about . the rules would stay the same but i have to add some more like: 
You are allowed to change your roster during the season , but you Must have at least 2 players from the original season starting line up.
you cant change the host country during a season 
you can challenge a team in a different match type ( 2 v 2 , 3 v 3 , 4 v 4 ) 
you have to send a confirmation message to the league host before the start of every league game you play 
you have to report the games with date , match length , match host and match winner ( date: 21.08.  match length: 5.05  match host: Yoplixboy25  match winner: simple blockade . 

i might have to add a maximum amount omatches you are allowed to play each day to keep it fair for teams who cant play a game per day . so yoplix what do you think

The best is finally to start your tournament with your first regulation, even if we don't have many teams (quaters => semi => final).
Your suggestions are not bad but too far from the first regulations.

Because the teams registered for tourney tournament :
- thought play only for a short tournament, during a the summer holidays, and will be maybe not available to play after the summer holidays (some teams registered here are already forfeit, registration is from June).
- wanted maybe play only a tournament and not a championship (first regulation).
