Start of tournament : Saturday 26^th July 

J'organise un tournoi 2vs2 sur Ville sans Pack a Punch et sans boites, en 3 matchs gagnants et aux règles habituelles, c'est à dire, pas de campe abusive, pas de blocage du mastodonte en début de manche, ou "manche recommence", pas de lag switchs, pas de cheaters...

La manche doit ètre finie pour obtenir le point. L'équipe hôte doit ètre changée à chaque round. Les scores doivent ètre notés sur le site, et par le capitaine de l'équipe. (en indiquant la date à la quelle il a joué, l'heure, et la durée de la partie, pour permettre la vue en studio)

Pas de campe abusive :
- plus de 5 secondes dans les coins (attendre dans le coin du Double Coup par exemple)
- plus de 10 secs dans une position immobile (bloquer sans bouger les escalier du masto par exemple)

I would like to organize a 2vs2 tournament in Town without Pack-a-Punch and without boxes, 3 winning games. Usual rules, ie, no abusive camp, not blocking Jug at the beggining, no cheating.

The round must be finished to get the point. The host team must be changed for each round. Scores must be noted on the Website and by  the captain of the team. (indicating the date on which he played, time, and duration of the game, to allow view studio)

No abusive camping :
- no more than 5 secs in the corners (to wait in the Double Tap corner for exemple)
- no more than 10 secs in a motionless position (to block without movings in the Jug stairs for exemple).

and it doesent matter if inmate was camping because magoul was camping aswell

that means that if a french person is tournament host he always tries to give french persons or teams an advantage , you do it aswell and you cant denie it . but same with spanish or american tournament host and im not just talking , its obvious. great fairness again means that the amount of times people where  that actually did nothing wrong or people who deserve a rematch get nothing but unfairness. and that is just ridiculous,

This is same everywhere in the sports also.. You talked about football the last month. Brazil hosted the World Cup and played their World Cup, it was a problem? Some referees helped their countries? The country of the host tournament cannot play because of this reason?

We just need to have every time, regulations absolutely precise, accepted and without misunderstandings, specially in the goal to don't have subjectif judgements (for its country or its friends) but only objective. It wasn't the case here with an accurate timer about the two kinds of abusive camping?

No, they cannot play all the tournanements just because it's really difficult for them with their local time, with europeans or americains players I keep excellent contacts with domo who help a lot to report the cheating or jackall, the Japanase representative player here or others, and they suggest teams for the World Cup. We spent good time to have play our Bronze match from the Cell Block tournament of February.

Where you read a report about an unfair decision from a host tournament? The sole problems about appointement were resolved really quickly because he sent me perfect messages !

Camping in a large area with mouvements but not abusive camping in a motionless position (+10 secs) or in the corners (+5secs) as said in the regulation. Bellidez checked these games yesterday and me too today, nothing to say.

magoul wasn't in a motionless position more than 10 secs in the two first games but INMATE_KING was in a motionless position more than 10 secs in the last game.

And why you said what bellidez or QOADRICORN couldn't be neutral to check? Who will be neutral so exactly?

Could you give me a precise exemple of when I've advantaged unfairly my friends or my country in one of my last tournaments ? You said about a French host in your first comment, not in a general way.

i will dont worry , there are many examplws that i can show u , but i got no time to copy all that stuff , i do it with busta later. i also can show u that these 2 arent neutral , bellidez even played unfair in his own tournament. and also , the thing you showed me about jackal and runrun shows that bkn should got disqualified and not runrun

and you said its ok that referees support brazil in the world cup ??? thats not ok , thats cheating . a referee cant suppport anyone because how would this be fair

HU-LER is banned definitely from here. We are not his bitches and we don't accept its injurious comments, after many warnings already. There are a way to say the things, even to report a problem.

More is that, Craddle said me yesterday, that the full team INMATES (Hu59, Coucher, MrWaseem, Polishpilekilla), lagswitched in Cell Block Public. So, the sanction is doubly merited.

You really think I help the French teams from the beginning? I'm really disapointed to heard this thing. Go to check attentively my ways to solve problems from the beginning, nothing is private. You're in the subject, why you don't say we have stolen all our victories in all the past tournamens hosted?
