REGULATION

HOW THE COMPETITION WILL TAKE PLACE ?
- ROUND 1 = QUALIFICATION BY COUNTRIES :
  ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT (=POOLS MATCHES)
  All the teams from the SAME COUNTRY play together.
  The better team will be the REPRESENTATIVE COUNTRY.
  OFFICIAL DEADLINES : 1ST SEPTEMBER=> 7TH SEPTEMBER.
  (You can start the round directly after your registration).
- ROUND 2 = WORLD CUP :
  SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT
  DRAWS RANDOMLY, not about the connection.
  TWO HATS about the difficulty of qualification in the country :
  MINOR COUNTRIES vs MAJOR COUNTRIES
  OFFICIAL DEADLINES : 8TH SEPTEMBER => 20TH SEPTEMBER
  BROADCASTS IN LIVE in the THEATER MODE with TWITCH
- EXEMPLE with the 5 LAST SOCCER TEAMS :
  (1 flag = 1 team)

HOW TO PLAY EACH MATCH ?
- 4 WINNING GAMES to win the match against each opponent.
  7 GAMES MAX POSSIBLE (=BO7).
  Change THE HOST and THE MAP after each game, like this :
  - GAME 1 = HOST A = TOWN
  - GAME 2 = HOST B = FARM
  - GAME 3 = HOST A = CELL BLOCK
  - GAME 4 = HOST B = TOWN
  - GAME 5 = HOST A = FARM
  - GAME 6 = HOST B = CELL BLOCK
  - GAME 7 = HOST OF LOWEST TIME WINS = BOROUGH

Each map will be played always with THESES RESTRICTIONS :
- TOWN = NO BOXES, NO PACK-A-PUNCH, ROUND 20
- FARM = NO BOXES, ROUND 20
- CELL BLOCK = NO MAGIC, ROUND 10
- BOROUGH = NO MAGIC, NO EQUIPMENTS/ITEMS, ROUND 15
FINISH THE ROUND to win the game.
HEADSHOOT = OFF, DIFFICULTY = NORMAL

NO ABUSIVE CAMPING in each map :
- No more than 5 SECONDS IN THE CORNERS.
- No more than 10 SECONDS IN A MOTIONLESS POSITION.
Each player need to be mobile during all the game.
NO CHEATING by anyway (hacking, glitching, lag switching, permanent perk, etc...)

It will be a 4v4 tournament = 4 players by team (with 2 substitutes possible)

All the players need to be from the same nationality ABSOLUTELY. The representative country it's about the nationality, not about the origin or about where you are living specially for the work or for a travel.

To check the geolocation of the players, each player from each team must to create an account HIMSELF if it's not done and to post a message in the registration subject to confirm its nationality and its participation in the team. Then, I will can check and confirm with tools the registration of the player in the team. The team can not begin the final phase if the geolocation of each member is not confirmed.

Also, to don't have other frauds about the registration requirements according the rules about the high cheating and the players banned, you will be strongly advised to play with your main acount or to indicate ABSOLUTELY your main account if you want to use another account (and explain why). If I have a doubt about the origin of an unknow/secondary account, I will post comments and wait for the confirmation of the player before to confirm the registration.

Also I think that it will be a nice idea to start the tournament with a ALL STARS match, you yoplix can choose 4 players from differents countries for europe and america, it will be a nice start for the tournament!

Sorry everybody, I thought I will have, but I will not have a Internet connection where I will be for August unfortunately, so I will cannot manage the tournament like I want. More, as we don't have many teams for the moment (too many teams are in holidays). I prefer postponed the tournament for September (+ 1 month). You will have all August to do practices.
