Abusive Camping - Corners & Doors

We have been agree between hosts to ban the abusive camping in the corners and the doors. This rule has for goal to push the players to be more offensive during the games, to come to the players instead to wait them.

• The current timer for the corners is 5 secs. A player is considered in a corner at the moment he touch constantly the two sides of the wall. Are considered like a corners all the joinings of two walls.
  
• The current timer for the doors is 10 secs. A player is considered in a door at the moment another cannot use this way to pass easily. Are considered like a door all the small spaces, doing the limit between each rooms. The stairs are not doors and are considered like areas ([Only admins are allowed to see this link])

there is no need for going in a corner at all. max 3 secs in my opinion

3 secs c'est assez.

5 seconds max more than that = noobies

Ok, and the same things for all the maps and for all the corners? Do we need also the same thing for the Cell Block matches, because the simple camping was always allowed in the last tournaments.

What do we need to say also the for immobile (no corners) abusive camping (exemple: wait the come back of players needing the jug)? The same time, the double or nothing?

That should be nothing, no restriction needed.

For the moment, the official timers in the tourneys will be :
- 5 secs max in the corners.
- 10 secs max in a motionless position.

The motionless camping is also a problem, especially in some specifics areas (stairs, narrow space, doors, ect...). It's why we are currently testing 10 secs max in the current & upcoming tourneys.

If you need to move IRL for something, wait in a isolated space will be forbidden, go to suicide in the fire, with zombies, or with grenades.

We'll be able to have maybe another debate about the abusive camping corner regulation.

Indeed, this is not the first time I have this request about this rule.
On the past tourney, some player from the Tesaaah team, PEGAZUS_JIZZZ especially, don't understand the rule as it is written.

They though a player is also camping in a corner if he doesn't touch the two sides of the corner.
Well, actually, the player needs to touch constantly the two sides of the wall. Are considered like a corners all the joinings of two walls :

In this way, do we have change it and consider like camping in the corner a player who stay too close of a corner? In this case, what distance beetween the wall and the camper? The space of one player?

This rule was written like this because it is hard and this rule was written like this because it is to make go out a player from a corner if he touch the 2 sides of the corner. If he doesn't touch the 2 sides, we are able to make go out the player more easily.

We can talk of this here.
