Abusive Running

Do we need to ban the abusive running like the abusive camping in the tournament?
Do we need to put a timer?

Ban running but for a 1v1 game, when its 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 its diferent because there are diferent jobs in that games like 2 go griefing 1 reviving and other suport, but on a 1v1 u show the skill u have to bring your opponent down. I think a good timer is a max of 10 or 15 mins for a 1v1 its more than enough.

i think if you were to ban running alot it would be a bad idea because you have people who specifically play reviver or there are griefers who aren't as aggressive. Also its just part of the game so it would be kind of stupid to ban this, grief tournaments are good the way they are, just got to be patient and wait for the right timing to grief someone who is running

About the timer, like the one about the abusive camping, we need to be the most clear possible because it will really more hard to be clear.

How to calculate correctly and quickly the timer about the fact to be abusive runner? We know that the players cannot run without short stops to recuperate.
Should we take into account the time of recuperation in the timer?
Should we talk about the duration of running the THE LONGER or about THE SUM of the durations.?

Exemple, with a timer of 10 mins, if a player has run 9 mins at the begining of the game and 8 mins at the end, the duration the longer is 9 minutes,so he's in his rights or not? Should we do the sum and take on 17 mins. In this way. It will be not really laborious to do the sum of all the durations?

Kaiser had done this mistake in the Borough Griefer's Weekend, by doing the sum of the camping durations of bendow in the house.

In my mind, we should talk about no offensive game instead of running. It will be more easily to evaluate the fact to don't attack than the fact to run.

Here is the treacherous side of this restriction...

Time limit should only be put on 1v1 tournaments, otherwise when considering 2v2's and above, this rule is a bad idea for revivers. Revivers are meant to stay alive and help revive other players, if there are time limits then what is the point of a reviver? If the reviver goes down, there will be a high chance he will most likely not be revived due to griefers getting galva knuckles etc. Also, this time limit should ONLY be placed on certain maps, such as borough, if you keep running on borough it is nearly impossible for a real outcome.
PS. Killing you talk like your team is the best on PS3, thats the biggest joke of 2015 noob. Get your act straight and take your voice changer off, your team is full of 4 year olds especially AzK_Lucky he sounds like he was born 2 weeks ago. Running is a strategy, you can't just grief every second.

Yes this only works when its 1v1, a normal 1v1 its arround 5 mins when the players are griefing each other but if a player buy all perks and start running only to survive its not 1v1 so it will be dificult to find a rule for this but winning a tournament like this isnt fair.
